If your TD Connect Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you should visit any TD Bank Store or call Customer Service at 1-888-568-7130 immediately and follow the recorded instructions. Your TD Connect Card account will be closed so that any fraudulent activity is kept to a minimum. A new card will be sent to you within 5-7 business days after it's ordered. Once received, your new card will need to be activated and will require a new PIN to be set. You can also temporarily suspend your TD Connect Card by visiting any TD Bank Store, going to the TD Connect Card website* or by calling 1-888-568-7130.
