We matched that to: What if I temporarily misplace my TD Bank debit or ATM card?

If you think you've misplaced your TD Bank debit or ATM card you can temporarily lock or disable it until you find it. That way no one can use your card without your permission. Then once you find it you can unlock and start using it again.

To lock and unlock cards, go to Account Options in your personal banking account. Open the Account Services page and under Account Settings click "Lock a card." From there you can view all your TD debit and ATM cards, and manually lock or unlock each one as needed.

If you believe you've lost your debit or ATM card permanently, you can easily get a new one:

If you need a replacement right away, you can schedule curbside pickup same day or next day. If you're not in a rush, you can always order one through Online Banking or by calling 1-888-751-9000 and you'll receive it in the mail in about a week.

If your debit card is lost or stolen, lock it right away with the TD Bank app (Android or iOS) or Online Banking. Go to 'Accounts,' then 'Manage your cards' and 'Lock or Unlock Your Card.'
