How do I accept an incoming payment with Send Money with Zelle®?
If you are expecting a Send Money with Zelle® payment from someone, you’ll be alerted about the payment via text message or e-mail.
Simply log in to the TD Bank mobile app or Online Banking and make sure you’re enrolled in Send Money with Zelle®. Once you’ve set up your mobile phone number or e-mail address (the one your contact has used for sending you the payment), the payment will display on the Activity screen and will be deposited into your account.
If the payment hasn’t displayed, make sure your contact has used the same mobile or e-mail address you’ve set up in Send Money with Zelle®.

Send Money with Zelle®, is available for most personal checking and money market accounts. To use Send Money with Zelle®, you must have an Online Banking profile with a U.S. address, a unique U.S. mobile phone number, and an active unique e-mail address. Your eligible personal deposit account must be active and enabled for ACH transactions and Online Banking transfers. Message and data rates may apply, check with your wireless carrier.
Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Send Money with Zelle®. Transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If your recipient is not already enrolled with Zelle, funds won't be delivered until they enroll. Transaction limitations apply.
