If you think your TD Credit Card is lost or stolen you should first lock it with the TD Bank app (Android or iOS) or Online Banking to prevent unauthorized transactions. Simply navigate to your Credit Card account, select Manage Card and then Lock Card.  The Lock/Unlock feature can only be used for the primary account.

If any Card is lost or stolen, or if you think someone used or may use them without your permission please notify us immediately by calling 1-877-GO-TD1ST ( 1-877-468-3178) if you have a First Class Visa Signature Card or 1-888-561-8861 for all other cards.

We will cancel your card and send you a new one within 7-10 days. If you have automatic bill payments set up, they will be transferred to your new card. And with Visa's Zero Liability Policy, you will not be liable for unauthorized purchases made online or for signature-based transactions at merchants.

How does the Lock Card feature work for TD Credit Cards?

If you lock your card we will not authorize any new purchases, cash advances, or balance transfers. However, some activity will continue including bills that merchants mark as recurring, as well as returns, credits, dispute adjustments, payments, other account fees, interest, rewards redemptions and certain other exempted transactions.

The Lock/Unlock feature can only be used for the primary account.
